Each individual may maintain only one active Account on the mytown88 Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. mytown88 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and void any Bets or Bonus Funds associated with them.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your Account. You agree to notify mytown88 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. mytown88 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
mytown88 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all Accounts, particularly before processing withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement), and documentation supporting the source of deposited Funds. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal facilities or Account closure.
You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting mytown88 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Funds will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure unless otherwise stated in applicable promotion terms. mytown88 may retain Account records as required by applicable law.
Deposits must be made using payment methods available on the Platform at the time of transaction. All Funds are held in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). mytown88 does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment processors may impose their own charges. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the mytown88 cashier at the time of deposit.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification, clearance of any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and confirmation that the Funds to be withdrawn derive from legitimate gameplay. mytown88 will ordinarily process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.
Withdrawals will generally be directed to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit. mytown88 reserves the right to require additional verification before processing withdrawal requests that are unusually large or that exhibit patterns inconsistent with normal gameplay. mytown88 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending investigation of suspected fraud or Terms violations.
An Account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. mytown88 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee of RM10 per calendar month to dormant Accounts with a positive real-money balance, after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email address. The balance will never fall below zero as a result of dormancy fees.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by mytown88 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits will be stated in the promotion's terms. Games may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates — live casino, table games, and certain slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
mytown88 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements, and exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities. mytown88 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, Wagers, and associated winnings, and to close Accounts where abuse is identified.
mytown88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn or modified, affected Players who have already opted in will be notified. Changes will not retroactively affect Wagers already placed in good faith under the original promotion terms.
A Wager is accepted when the Platform has confirmed receipt and processing of your stake. It is your responsibility to ensure that Wagers are placed correctly before confirming. mytown88 is not responsible for Wagers placed in error, including incorrect amounts, selections, or event identifiers.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. mytown88 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific Accounts without providing a reason.
mytown88 reserves the right to void any Wager where: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the prescribed rescheduling period; a manifest pricing error is identified; the Player exploits a known or unknown software error; or the result of the event was known at the time the Wager was placed. Voided Wagers will have the stake returned to the Player's Account.
All game and sporting event results are final as determined by the relevant provider or official governing body. Disputes regarding results must be raised with mytown88 support within 14 days of the relevant event. mytown88's decision on disputed results is final, subject to applicable regulatory oversight.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mytown88 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
mytown88 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited activities, to void all associated Wagers and winnings, and to report relevant information to applicable law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
All content on the mytown88 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and interface design, is the property of mytown88 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without mytown88's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes infringement of mytown88's intellectual property rights and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mytown88 shall not be liable to any Player for: indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages; loss of profits, data, or goodwill; service interruptions caused by events outside mytown88's reasonable control, including technical failures, telecommunications outages, or force majeure events; or losses arising from your breach of these Terms.
mytown88's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount of real-money Funds deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits mytown88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
mytown88's collection, use, and storage of personal data is governed by the mytown88 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
mytown88 will retain Account data for a minimum of five (5) years following Account closure, as required by applicable anti-money laundering and gaming regulatory obligations.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through mytown88's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory authority.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending arbitration.
